Can I cancel my order?
If you have placed an order by mistake, we can of course cancel it.
Please note that cancellation is only possible as long as your goods have not yet left the warehouse. Simply contact us via the chat at the bottom right of our website. We will process your request as quickly as possible.
Who delivers my order?
We attach great importance to ensuring that your order reaches you safely, reliably and in an environmentally friendly manner. That is why we work with selected shipping partners who share our values.

To Switzerland we will take care of all the formalities for you. Your order will be Swiss Post delivered - and all without any additional effort on your part. Customs clearance, fees and formalities? We've already taken care of everything. So you can sit back and relax and just look forward to your package.
Where is my package?
Your package is on its way – and you can be there live! 🚀
As soon as we send your order on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation from us by email. In it you will find the link to track your shipment. With just one click you will know exactly where your package is.
A little tip: The first tracking information is usually available after about 24 hours. So sit back, look forward to your package - and stay relaxed, we'll take care of the rest. 😎📦
Why are parts of my order still missing?
Don't worry, we haven't forgotten you! 😎
Sometimes it can happen that your order is sent in several packages. This is usually due to the following reasons:
- 🚚Partial delivery:We have shipped the available items immediately so you don't have to wait unnecessarily. The rest will follow shortly.
- 🕒Pre-order:You have pre-ordered a product that is not yet available. As soon as it is available, we will send it directly to you.

How do I return my order?
If you wish to return an item, you can do so under the following conditions:
Conditions for return:
You have the option of returning the products within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason at your own expense and risk. The period begins on the day the goods are received. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the goods on time.
The following are excluded from the right of return (not from the warranty claims):
- Used or washed items
- Items without original packaging or with damaged packaging and missing accessories
- Damaged items (excluding warranty provisions)
- Food, hygienically sensitive items and consumables
- gift vouchers
- Specially marked products from sales or special promotions
This is how the return works:
- Register return:
Use our returns portal at https://return.omnana.de to register your return quickly and conveniently. - Receive return label:
After registering, you will receive a DHL return label that you can print out and use for the return. - Return items:
Pack the goods carefully and send them back to us.
Return costs
For each return we charge a flat rate of EUR 4.95. This amount will be deducted from the refund amount.
Your right of withdrawal
You have the right to 14 days to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason. The complete cancellation policy as well as the sample cancellation form do you find here.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the goods, we will refund the purchase amount (excluding additional costs for alternative shipping options). We will use the same payment method you selected when ordering to make the refund.
Important information about returns
- Please return the goods in the original packaging and with all accessories if possible.
- Use protective packaging to avoid transport damage.
- Do not return the goods freight collect.
Can I also order as a guest?
Sure, you can simply order as a guest and do not have to create a customer account.
