How much are the shipping costs?

📦In Germany, shipping is free for you– with no minimum order value. Your order will beDHL GoGreen Plusso that together we can contribute to more climate-friendly shipping.
📍For deliveries to the following countries we charge a flat shipping fee of €9.95 per order:
Austria, France, Monaco, Spain, Italy, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Portugal, Czech Republic, Croatia, Bosnia, Bulgaria, Slovakia, Slovenia and Serbia.
For deliveries to Switzerland and Liechtenstein, shipping is also free of charge
The best part?We take care of customs clearance for you, so there are no additional costs or expenses. Your package will be sent with theSwiss Postdelivered.
🚚Delivery times:
Depending on the destination country, the delivery time is between1-7 working days. You can find all details about shipping times on ourShipping page.
💡As soon as your package is on its way, you will receive a tracking number so that you can keep an eye on the current status at all times.

📦In Germany and the listed EU countries we trust in DHL GoGreen Plus With this climate-friendly shipping program, CO₂ emissions are reduced directly in the transport chain - not just offset. In this way, we are making a joint contribution to protecting our planet, while your package is delivered safely and conveniently to your door.
To Switzerland we will take care of all the formalities for you. Your order will be Swiss Post delivered - and all without any additional effort on your part. Customs clearance, fees and formalities? We've already taken care of everything. So you can sit back and relax and just look forward to your package.
Where is my package?
Your package is on its way – and you can be there live! 🚀
As soon as we send your order on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation from us by email. In it you will find the link to track your shipment. With just one click you will know exactly where your package is.
A little tip: The first tracking information is usually available after about 24 hours. So sit back, look forward to your package - and stay relaxed, we'll take care of the rest. 😎📦
Why are parts of my order still missing?
Don't worry, we haven't forgotten you! 😎
Sometimes it can happen that your order is sent in several packages. This is usually due to the following reasons:
- 🚚Partial delivery:We have shipped the available items immediately so you don't have to wait unnecessarily. The rest will follow shortly.
- 🕒Pre-order:You have pre-ordered a product that is not yet available. As soon as it is available, we will send it directly to you.

What happens if I am not at home when the delivery is made?
Don't worry - your package will find its way to you even if you are not at home. 😉📦
Germany & EU countries (DHL GoGreen Plus)
- 📍Parking permit:With just a few clicks, you can use the link in the shipping confirmation to specify a preferred location where the package will be safely stored - for example in the garage or on the terrace.
- 🏪parcel shop:If the courier does not find you and there is no permission to leave your parcel, your parcel will be delivered to the nearest DHL parcel shop. You will find the collection slip in your mailbox.
💡Tip:You can also spontaneously change the delivery location or delivery time using the DHL app.
Switzerland (Swiss Post)
- 📬Parking permit:You can also specify a location in advance at the Swiss Post where your package will be safely deposited.
- 🏤Post office or My Post 24 machine:If the delivery person does not find you, the package will be taken to the nearest post office or a My Post 24 machine. You will receive a notification with all the important information.
What can I do if my package arrives damaged?
Oh no, we're sorry! 😟 But don't worry - we'll take care of it!
If your package arrives damaged, the best thing to do is:
- 📸Make photos:Please take some pictures of the damaged packaging and the affected items.
- 💬Make contact:Contact us – simply bychatorWhatsApp.
- 🔍We check & solve:We will look into the case immediately and find a quick solution for you together.
💡Tip:Please keep the package and items until we have resolved everything.
